Problem: Render-blocking legacy CSS — TBF-Green.css contains @import chain loading resources from cdn2.hubspot.net/273774.

EU1 Script Latency: The auto-generated hs-script-loader injects 4 scripts from js-eu1.* domains. Each takes exactly 15.0 seconds to respond from Russia, causing the browser loading indicator to spin on every page load.
